HOURS OF OPERATION
All Stylists at Luxe are Independent Contractors who set their own schedule, so hours of operation can vary from week to week. Typical hours are as follows.
Monday - Friday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday - Sunday: By appointment

NEED TO CANCEL?
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we request 100% of the missed appointments service fee upon any rescheduling. Should this become a frequent issue, it is possible that we may no longer be able to accommodate you for future services.

At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Luxe Beauty & Brow Bar experience. Going forward we have come to the difficult decision of implementing a “No Guests (INCLUDING CHILDREN), who are not receiving a service policy. We are a very small salon and when all stylist are working with a client we are at our capacity. We are doing our best to keep an ENJOYABLE and SAFE environment for us as well as all of you! We LOVE children, but when you are receiving a service, you are unable to parent to the best of your ability and it can create a stressful environment for you and your stylist, as well as a distraction for fellow clients who come to relax. We will certainly do our best to accommodate everyone’s schedule with your childcare so please schedule your appointments accordingly. Thank you all for your understanding in this matter as we navigate doing our best to serve you.
